Each quarter the team at The ALTRUIST Group meets with parents and family members so that their voices are heard.
- Platform where guardians, family members and advocates of our existing clients can come together and exercise their voice in the continual improvement process of services and supports offered
- Meet quarterly to review, analyze and discuss client complaints, surveys and other feedback and data collected
- Brainstorm and present recommendations addressing complaints and data
- Provide other accountability measures and guidance
